My therapeutic style encourages self discovery and empowerment while using evidence based approaches as support. I work with women 13y/o and older that want to process and heal from trauma, emotional distress or are searching for growth and empowerment. I also specialize in working with athletes whom want guidance with performance concerns, injury or transition out of sport.
